Grandpa roll

Ingredients:
500g.                          minced meat(mixed pork and veal)
200g.                          yellow cheese
200g.                          leaves smoked bacon
1                                 egg
1                                onion
2tablespoons              food supplement with vegetable
1tablespoon                ground red pepper
1kg.                            potatoes
                                   salt
 
            First part: Put the meat into one profound dish. Then, chop the onion and add it to the meat. Next, add the egg,  1tsp food supplement with vegetables and the salt. Knead the meat. Then, cut the yellow cheese on cubes and add it to the meat. Knead again. Leave the mixture a side for about 2 hours. After that, take one big piece of aluminium foil and put it on the working desk. Above it put leaves smoked bacon. Next, above the bacon add the meat. Knead the meat as a rind. Above the rind add leaves smoked bacon. Then, use the foil from below to form the roll. The roll should be wrap around with aluminium foil. Take one baking pan and add the roll in it. Put the pan into the oven. Bake 1 hour on 160C degrees. After that take the pan off the oven and remove the foil. Add a little bit oil above the roll. Next, take the pan back to the oven. Bake 15 minutes more. Take the pan off the oven and leave the roll to cool down. Then, cut it on circles. 

         Second part: Take the potatoes wash it and peel it. Then, cut it on small cubes. Put the potatoes into one pot and pour water. Also, add 1tsp food supplement with vegetables and salt. Next, put the pot on the oven. Cook the potatoes until become soft. After that, remove the pot of the oven and throw the water. Then, take one frying-pan, add oil and put  the pan on the oven. After the oil will be warmed up add the potatoes and the red pepper. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Stir from time to time. After that, remove the pan of the oven. Serve the potatoes(warm) with circles of the roll.

Duci's fruit cake



Ingredients:
10                                    eggs
10tablespoons                  sugar
10tablespoons                  flour
1                                      baking powder
500ml.                             heavy cream
2                                      bananas
8-9                                  circles of pine apple
2                                      oranges
2-3                                   kiwis
100-200g.                        sour cherry from compote

            Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Then, stop beating and add flour and the powder pastry. Beat again to get compact mixture. Next, take one profound and circled baking-pan. Put baking paper. Then, pour the mixture. After that, put the pan in the oven and bake on 180C degrees. When it becomes red-brown in color take the pan off the oven. Take one kitchen towel and over wind the cake on it. Then, take the baking paper off the cake.
          In meanwhile, pour the heavy cream into one profound dish. Then, beat the heavy cream with mixer(beat until get hard foam).
          On the other hand, take the cake and cut it horizontally. On the first layer put 1/3 of the heavy cream and smear it. Then, add the fruits above the heavy cream. Next, put the second 1/3 of the heavy cream above the fruits and smear  it. After that, add the second layer. Put the rest of the heavy cream on the layer and smear the whole cake with it. Decorate with fruits.

Мysterious cutlets

 

Ingredients:
600-700g.                                pork
2-3                                           leeks
1-2                                           onions
2                                              dried peppers
300g.                                       champignons
200g.                                       yellow cheese
                                                sunflower oil
                                                salt
                                                aluminium foil

                   Take the pork, wash it and cut it on cutlets. Next, bang out the cutlets. Then,wash the leeks, peel them and cut them on small pieces. Also, peel the onions and cut them on circles. Cut the pepper on small pieces.  In meanwhile, take one baking-pan and smear it with oil. After that, cut one piece from aluminium foil(make sure that is enough to cover the cutlet and the rest of the ingredients). Next, put the cutlet in the middle of the foil. From above on cutlet add some pieces of leek, onion, pepper and champinons. Also, pour some oil. Then, cover the cutlet with the foil. Put the cutlet on the baking-pan. Repeat this procedure until finish all ingredients. After that, into the pan pour water and white wine. Put the pan into the oven. Bake one and half hour on 240C degrees. Then, take the pan of the oven. Open the foil of each cutlet and add at least one piece of yellow cheese in each. Also, pour a little bit of oil. Then, cover the cutlets and return the pan into the oven. Continue baking for about 30 minutes. After that, take the pan off the oven and take the foil off the cutlets. Put the cutlets into the serving plates.
