Dental care

         The teeth are representing our whole body. Healthy teeth produce healthy smile which at the end brings self confidence. That’s why people should concentrate on dental care.
         There are various ways of dental care which people can apply on their on. First of all, you can start by washing your teeth at least twice a day and always after consuming stain-causing beverages and foods. Use baking soda and whitening toothpaste. Next, start consuming foods and beverages good for teeth. Some of them are:
  • Food-cheeses, chicken and nuts-this foods protect tooth enamel(a natural process by which minerals are redeposit in tooth enamel after being removed by acid.
  • The best beverage choices include water, milk, unsweetened tea (especially green tea). Green tea contains polyphenols, antioxidant compound that prevent plaque from adhering to your teeth. Also, has potential for reducing bad breath because it inhibits the growth of the bacteria that cause the odor.
  • Fruits- apples, pears, strawberries, kiwis-this fruits are rich in vitamin C.
  • Vegetables-pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato, broccoli, celeries- this vegetables are rich in vitamin A which is absolutely necessary for the formation of tooth enamel.
In addition, avoid stress because it negatively affects your teeth. People under stress and depression do not maintain teeth hygiene. Also, consume cigarettes, alcohol, and coffee.     
 
The effects of smoking on dental health
v     The smoking leads to yellow teeth by leaving sticky tar deposits;
v     Nicotine and tar, the major ingredients of cigarettes, stains the teeth;
v     Blood flow to the gums is restricted due to smoking. Also, smoking reduces the Vitamin C, which helps the gums to stay healthy.
v     The smoking causes chronic bad breath and, also causes the loss of teeth.

For solving dental problem caused by smoking –QUIT SMOKING. Otherwise, dental problems will be always present.


Naturally whiten your teeth
v     Use strawberries to naturally whiten your teeth. Simply mash same strawberries into a paste, then using your fingers rub the paste all around your teeth. Strawberries naturally contain enzymes which whiten teeth. Be sure to rinse then floss after doing so.
v     Celery is a natural teeth whitener. When you eat it helps clean out plague in between your teeth. Use it twice a week and it will have your teeth looking great.


Prepare children for dentist
          Proper preparation begins early in child’s life. So, do not wait until your child has a severe problem before he visits the dentist. Expose your child early to the idea of the dentist.
          There are the several ways for preparation. First of all, start playing dentist with the toddler. Let the child count your teeth. Also, try reading books to the child about dental care, dentists and different dentally experiences.  Then, try making the first visit dentally easy. And, always make sure to stay calm as a parent



Healthy Hair
         Often the hairstyle and hair healthiness influence the picture that others will make for us.  Also, there are not a little cases in which people are not satisfied and sad. All they are dreaming for healthy, strong and shine hair.

          There are many things that you can do to help your hair and made it healthy. First of all, find way to avoid stress. For example, long walks in the parks or forests will help. Also, making different exercises which will relax you body. In addition, good nutrition may be the best solution for you hair problems. Consuming nutrients that your hair needs will make a result. 
There are some foods that you can consume in order to make your hair healthy:
Ø      Salmon and other fresh fish- it contains omega 3 fatty acid, vitamin B12 and iron.
Ø      Fruits and Dark green vegetables-citrus fruits(orange, lemons and grapefruits);
darkly pigmented fruits (cherries, blueberries, cranberries and plums); vegetables (broccoli, greens and peas). These are rich with vitamin A and C, iron and calcium and many of which are antioxidant.
Ø      Nuts- are the best sources of selenium
Ø      Beans-provide plentiful protein, iron, zinc and biotin.
Ø      Poultry- provide high quality protein
Ø      Eggs- best protein sources containing biotin, vitamin B12
Ø      Whole grains- containing  zinc, iron and B vitamins

    
Help Greasy hair

        You can not find the solution for your greasy hair even when you tried all shampoos. To help your hair, start by avoiding greasy food and eat more fruit and vegetables. Also, make some home treatments.
v     Make a lemon juice from one lemon and 250ml.water. Then, wash your hair with it. After that rinse the hair. The lemon will reduce the oil on you scalp.
v     Take 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 1 cupful of water and mix it. Wash the hair with it. Than rinse the hair with water.

Help Dry hair

       Make something on your own to help your dry hair.
v     Use mild shampoo. Start using shampoos for dry and damage hair.
v     Avoid washing the hair every day. If you do so use conditioner
v     Trim off dry ends
v     Do not swim in salt water without protection
v     Avoid using hairdryers

         Use high quality mayonnaise it makes a great conditioner.
