Fried pork with leeks

Ingredients:
600-700g.                                   pork
200-300g.                                   sausages
2                                                 leeks
200g.                                          champignons
1tablespoon                                food supplement with vegetables
                                                   salt
                                                   sunflower oil

                    Wash  the meat and cut it on small cubes. Then, put it into one pot and add water and salt. Cook the meat till it becomes soft. Then, peel the leeks , wash it and cut it on small pieces. Put the leeks into the frying-pan and add oil. Fry the leeks on low heat. When, it becomes softer add the meat(meat should be separated from the water), the sausages, the champignons, the food supplement with vegetables and the salt. Fry for about 15-20 minutes. After that, take the frying-pan off the oven.

Soup with dumplings

Ingredients:
1l                             water
25ml.                       sunflower oil
2tablespoon             food supplement with vegetables
                                salt
1                              carrot
150g.                       semolina
50ml.                       milk
1                              egg
50ml.                        yogurt

               Wash the carrot and peel it. Then, cut it on small cubes. Next, take one pot and put the water. Also, add the oil, 1 tablespoon of food supplement with vegetables, the carrot and the salt. Put the pot on the oven in order to start boiling.
              On the other hand, into a small plate put the semolina, the milk, the egg and 1 tablespoon food supplement with vegetables. Then, mix it till get compact content.
              When, the water starts boiling with one teaspoon take from the mixture and put it into the water till boiling. Repeat the procedure till spend all mixture. Cook the soup for about 15 minutes. Stir from time to time. After that, take the pot off the oven and add yogurt. Serve it in soup plates.

Domestic Tarana

Ingredients:
1kg.                               flour
500ml.                           milk
2                                    eggs
                                      salt


         Put all the ingredients into a profound dish. Then, knead a dough(Kneaded dough should be dryer). Next, take two weight baking pans. Start plane down the dough above pans(Do not put on pile). When, finished leave the tarana a side to dried up. Dry it up for about 2-3 days. The tarana is ready to be cooked when the pieces become hard and dry. After that, put the tarana into a paper bag.

Prepare  tarana
         

         In to a pot put around 700ml. water, add 1 tablespoon food supplement with vegetables and 1 tablesoon sunflower oil. Put the pot on the oven and wait till the water starts boiling.Then, add 250g. tarana. Cook it 8-10 minutes. Stir from time to time.Till is still warm pour it into a soup plates. Then, plane down white cheese. Leave it to cool down and it will be ready to eat.

Leeks

     
       Leeks are herbaceous plants belonging to a family of Allliceae. They are related to scallions, onions and garlics.Generally, are blue-green in color and have slightly sweet tasting. 
       They are native to the Mediterranean region and are found in the markets all year round.
        Leeks are composed primarily of water, about 90%. Also, contain dietary fiber, minerals, nickel, potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium, vitamins A, C, K and B and folic acid. 
        They are excellent dietary food because are low in calories but picked with minerals. 

Autumn Pan-Baked


Ingredients:
600-700g.                   pork
2-3                              leeks
400g.                           champignons
2-3                              potatoes
1tablespoon                 food supplement with vegetables
1tablespoon                 red pepper
                                   salt
150ml.                         sunflower oil
1tablespoon                 flour

                     Wash the meat and cut it into a small cubes. Then, put it in pot and add water. Cook the meat. Cook it till becomes soft and easy to eat.
                      On the other hand, take the leeks and peel it. After that, wash it and cut it on big pieces. In to a big frying-pan put 100ml. oil and add the leeks. Then, start frying the leeks. Stir from time to time. Next, peel the potatoes and cut it on small cubes. When, the leeks becomes softer add the potatoes. Fry ten minutes and add meat and the champignons(champignons should be separated from the liquid). Also, add the add food supplement with vegetables and the salt. Stir from time to time. Fry for ten minutes more. After that add the red pepper and stir. Next, put the mixture from the frying-pan into a profound baking pan. Add the liquid from the champignons. Put the baking-pan on the oven so, the mixture to start boiling. Also, preheat the oven on 250C degrees. Leave mixture boiling for about 10 minutes. After that put the pan in the oven and bake 15 minutes. After that, take the pan out of the oven and stir the mixture. In to a small pot pour 50ml. oil and add the flour. Fry it. Fry till the flour becomes red. Then, add the flour in the baking pan. Next, return the pan in the oven and bake 15 more.
                  Decorate the autumn baked-pan with sour cream.

Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients:

6 cup of coffee                                      flour
2 cup of coffee                                     sugar
2 cup of coffee                                     sunflower oil
2                                                          eggs
2g.                                                       vanilla extract
                                                            plum's jam or apricot's jam
                                                            powdered sugar

                 Put the first five ingredients into a profound dish. Then, knead a dough. Next, take parts from the dough and made small balls. Put the balls into a baking dish. Then, press the cookies from above in order to make a little pit. In to the pits put jam. Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. Then, bake the cookies. Bake till they become red. Finally, when the cookies will be cool down pour them with powdered sugar.
